Salted Solitaire

In this game of solitaire, each round you'll have a target score to reach and a time limit to reach it in. With each successful round you can add rules from other card games to your solitaire table. How many rounds can you complete?

Control notes:  

click and drag cards to move them around. Double-clicking a valid card will automatically move it to the top of the board. Press R to redeal a hand if you determine it is unwinnable, this can also be used to open the round complete menu.
